MoBoJo’s started life as Bovril Johnston’s Coffee Shop, Roslin, which has now moved to the spectacular new visitor centre at Rosslyn Chapel, where you can visit us for homemade soups, gourmet sandwiches, delicious hand made cakes and mighty fine coffee, whilst enjoying the stunning terrace views over Roslin Glen.
We pride ourselves on the quality of food and coffee we serve, we use the best of local suppliers to produce our exciting menu; our smoked salmon, and cheeses are sourced from a local independent smokehouse, our bread is delivered daily from a local bakery, and is complimented perfectly by our delicious cooked meats supplied by a high quality Edinburgh butcher. We prepare all of our hearty soups using seasonal ingredients and hand-make all of our cakes with local free range eggs. We’re probably most proud of our coffee which is roasted locally by coffee gurus, whose experience and passion has made us want to be proud of every cup our baristas serve !
